Maran Dry Management Inc. (“MDM”) was established in 2001 as Anangel Maritime Services Inc, to undertake the commercial, technical and operational management of dry bulk vessels.

Maran (UK) Limited was established in 2013 and acts as London based agent for MTM, MGM and MDM.

MARAN SHIP SUPPLIES PTE LTD.

Maran Ship Supplies Pte Ltd, based in Singapore, was established in 2015 and is responsible for ship supplies, stores management and ship chandelling services.

MARAN ASIA PTE LTD.

Maran Asia Pte Ltd, based in Singapore, was established in 2011 and acts as Singapore based agent for MTM, MGM and MDM.

FRIENDLY MARITIME SERVICES INC.

Friendly Maritime Services, based in Manila, was established in 2001 and is committed to fulfil its objective of managing all activities focused towards the recruitment, selection, training and deploying of experienced, well trained, medically fit seafarers in accordance with the relevant National Regulatory and International Requirements.
